We currently ship to the following locations:

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Please note that processing time may be extended during peak seasons or promotional events, such as sales or holidays.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and third-party shipping carriers.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, delivery method, and destination. You will be notified of the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

We also offer free shipping on orders over $250+ within Canada

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your shipment via the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship all orders in a timely manner, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Holidays and peak shopping seasons

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Beautifully Obsessed Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

8. International Shipping

For international orders, additional customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply, depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to check with your local customs office for more information regarding your country's import policies.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided. 10. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at beautifullyobsessedco@gmail.com, with your order number and a description or photo of the damaged item. We will provide you with instructions for a return or exchange.
