Refund policy
At Beautifully Obsessed Boutique, we want you to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer the following options:
Refunds:
• We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
• Store credit or exchange only within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Exchanges:
• Items may be exchanged for a different size or style of equal value, pending availability.
• If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Final Sale Items:
The following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Jewelry
• Accessories (hats, scarves, etc.)
• Sale/clearance items
Online Orders:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit via email.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right!
