Refund policy

At Beautifully Obsessed Boutique, we want you to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer the following options:

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Store credit or exchange only within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for a different size or style of equal value, pending availability.

If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Final Sale Items:

The following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Jewelry

Accessories (hats, scarves, etc.)

Sale/clearance items

Online Orders:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit via email.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right!
